Directions

Seattle Office: Taking Northgate Way exit from I-5, go west on Northgate Way for one block to Meridian Ave.  Turn right on Meridian Ave and go several blocks to 4-way stop intersection with North 115th St.  Turn left on North 115th St and almost immediately on your right will be the clearly marked entrance to the campus of Northwest Hospital.  My office is Suite 307 in the Medical Arts Building on the campus.  Ask for directions from the attendant.  A parking fee is charged on campus.  (map)

Edmonds Office: Take the 220th St. SW exit from I-5.  Go west on 220th St. SW for about one mile reaching 76th Ave W just one block after crossing Hwy 99.  Turn right on 76th Ave W and go eight blocks to the traffic light intersection with 212th St. SW.  Turn right on 212th St. SW and almost immediately on your right will be the clearly marked entrance to The 7500 Building.  My office is Suite 105 in The 7500 Building.  Parking is in the front.   (map)
